Privacy Policy.

LCPerformance Inc. provides private soccer training in Ontario, Canada. This policy explains how we handle personal information under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Accounts: your name, email and phone number, so you can sign in, book sessions and hear from us about them.

Waiver: player and parent/guardian details, date of birth, address, emergency contacts, printed names and signatures. A parent/guardian signs for players 18 or younger. We use this to register players, keep them safe and keep a record of the signed waiver.

Bookings and credits: the sessions you book, locations, times and your credit balance and expiry, so we can run your training.

Enquiries: the details you send through our enquiry form, so we can reply.

Waivers and signatures are stored privately. Only Coach Luca and authorized admins can access them. We do not sell your information.

We use trusted service providers to run the site: a secure cloud database and hosting provider, and Resend to send booking and enquiry emails. They only handle your information to provide those services.

By creating an account, signing the waiver, booking or sending an enquiry, you consent to us using your information as described here.

We keep your information as long as needed for training, safety and legal records, then delete or anonymize it.

We use access controls, encrypted connections and private storage to protect your information.

You can ask to access or correct your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide training.
